Paul has been with Blended Waxes since 1989. Ben Tremble, Director of Laboratory ServicesBen’s responsibilities are research and development, quality control and testing, technical sales, and raw material procurement and purchasing. He joined Blended Waxes in 1999. Administration and OversightBob Coglianese, Vice President and Chief Operating OfficerBob’s responsibilities include operations management, executive decision-making, team building, financial structure and strategic planning. He joined Blended Waxes in 1998. Office AdministrationMary Jo Galica, Office AdministratorMary Jo handles clerical and administrative responsibilities, including vendor contacts. She has been with Blended Waxes since 1994. Sophie Galica, Vice President of Meet and GreetSophie, Golden Retriever, is in charge of greeting all guests, participating in company meetings, sniffing out the pockets of employees for treats, and the general goodwill of the company. Sophie enjoys chasing her ball and lots of attention. She has been with Blended Waxes since August of 2005. PlantMark Ulrich, Plant ManagerMark manages the plant, including product processing and technical equipment questions, and plant personnel supervision. Mark has been with Blended Waxes since 1979. Bob Salvinski, Assistant Plant ManagerBob assists Mark Ulrich in the overall management of the plant with particular emphasis on emulsions and synthetic lubricants. Bob has been with Blended Waxes, Inc., since 1983. MaintenanceJohn Cherubini, Director of MaintenanceJohn is responsible for plant maintenance, new equipment, and equipment vendors. About Blended WaxesA history of technical expertise and reliable serviceClarence Gereau founded Blended Waxes, Inc. (BWI) on May 1, 1976 at our current Oshkosh, Wisconsin location. Originally producing cheese waxes and hot melt adhesives, in the mid-1980s we expanded our custom-blending operation to include wax emulsions and synthetic lubricants. Blended Waxes is now recognized as a full-service custom-blend facility and contract manufacturer. Our specialty products are available from Southwest Wax, a sales and distribution agent for BWI Specialty Products worldwide. Our investment casting products are available from Remet Corporation, a sales and distribution agent for BWI Specialty Products worldwide. |
